Simple Online Order Form

I've found that many of you don't need a full featured eCommerce solution -- maybe you don't have a lot of wines ready to sell yet, or you only ship to a few states, so a simple order form would be more effective for your site.
With this in mind, I have put together a very simple, affordable order form where visitors can order wine, fill in their billing and shipping info and if you have a security certificate (learn more) you can even collect credit card information to run through your tasting room credit card machine.
