Simple Wine Order Form
I've found that many of you don't need a full featured eCommere solution -- maybe you don't have a lot of wines ready to sell yet or you only ship to a few states, so a simple order form would be more effective for your site.
With this in mind, I have put together a very simple, affordable order form where visitors can order wine, fill in their billing and shipping info and if you have a security certificate (learn more) you can even collect credit card information to run through your tasting room credit card machine.

Order Form Features:
- Is very easy for your visitors to fill out and submit
- Will have the same design as the rest of your site
- Can charge shipping on a per product, per state basis
- Both you and the customer receive an email with details of the order (except for the credit card info which will be saved in a password protected, secured folder)
- Credit card information is kept in a password protected, secure folder. (The password protected folder is not activated for the demo.)
Order Form Limitations
- Can only calculate a flat rate shipping per bottle per state.
- Does not automatically calculate discounts.
- Can not calculate taxes
- Is not recommended for more then 5 wines.
